Why I’m the freelance
digital marketing
consultant for your cause.
Working with charities such as German foundation Hoffnungsträger Stiftung, Learning Lions and Tunapanda Institute has completely changed my perspective on digital marketing. I discovered that I enjoy increasing donations and helping people more than promoting consumerism as an end in itself.
Because regenerative economy, digital accessibility, Fair Trade – they’re so much more than buzzwords to me. These values drive my professional practice: helping organisations like yours shape a digital transformation that creates global social and environmental justice. It’s high tide (quite literally!) that the global majority get fairly-paid digital work.
Kind words
from mentees
& clients
“The collaboration is really fun!”
“Besides working, we laugh, talk about everyday life, but also about cultural differences we discover. Before the mentoring, it was sometimes a challenge for me to work independently. It’s important to me that my online communication is professional and visible. Victoria helps me with that, which makes my job a lot easier”
Elizabeth Alum Okumu
Marketing Associate at Digital Lions, Mentee since 2021
What brought
me here will get
you there.
Born in Karlsruhe, Germany, I spent my early childhood in Manila, Philippines. During those important years, I learned first-hand what inequality looks like. That experience has fueled my passion for social justice and global equity.
After studying business administration with a focus on online marketing, I was able to build a wealth of real-life experience. I trained my project management muscle, and planned and controlled campaigns. In my role as a marketing strategist for companies such as Amazon or Connexity, I introduced SEO, automated email marketing campaigns, set up social media channels and won thousands of new employees with successful employer branding campaigns.
I drove strategic digital marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C, start-ups and international corporations – especially the US tech sector. In various projects, I was responsible for strategic marketing. I developed and led 15 global teams and 8–9 external agencies – until I realized that I don’t have to separate my personal views from my business values.
So, in 2021, I started my freelance digital marketing consultancy and launched my own mission-driven transformation. From the get-go, I vowed to donate part of my income, time, and experience to support grassroots organizations. One of these pro bono collaborations has me working with the incredible humans at Digital Lions, a Fair Trade agency based in Kenya.

Let’s drive the
UN Sustainable Development
Goals together.
For your mission-oriented digital marketing to work, we need to take a holistic approach. The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are my go-to framework because they allow us to take a 360-degree approach to your step-by-step transformation.
By dedicating myself exclusively to charities and purpose-driven brands, I can contribute to all 17 goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda. Because as you grow, so does your impact on the SDGs.
Plus, I donate around 2% of all proceeds to aid projects that contribute to the
SDGs through my membership in B1G1.

Spotlight:
Strengthening digital skills in Africa.
I volunteer as a mentor to the communication team at Digital Lions, the world’s first certified Fair Trade digital agency. In practical terms, this means that I advise and support Elizabeth Alum and the team as they promote their agency on social media. I’m grateful for the new experience and points of view gained through this relationship.
That’s why I decided to expand my pro bono work and also help Learning Lions and Start Up Lions with their online communications and fundraising as often as I can. Both organizations equip young adults in marginalized, rural communities in East Africa with digital skills and empower them to lead a life full of (digital) potential.
