Working with charities such as the Hoffnungsträger Stiftung, Learning Lions and Tunapanda Institute has shown me that raising donations to help people is more fulfilling than just consumer marketing.
Because regenerative business, digital accessibility, fair trade – for me, these terms are so much more than just buzzwords.
They are the cornerstones of my work: I help foundations and brands with a heart for social and climate-friendly digital transformation.
After all, it is high time that the global majority in the southern hemisphere also got fairly paid jobs in the digital economy.

And that’s how I came up with

I was born in Karlsruhe, but spent my early childhood in Manila (Philippines).
These important years made me realize what injustice looks like. An experience, which fuels my passion for social justice and global participation.
After my studies – business administration with a focus on marketing – I had the opportunity to gain a lot of experience.
I trained my project management muscle, planned campaigns and led international teams.
Whether B2B or B2C, start-ups or large international corporations: a variety of strategic online marketing campaigns pave my portfolio.
I have developed strategies in the US IT sector.
In the EU and the USA, I have optimized websites for performance, been responsible for strategic marketing and set up and managed data-based online marketing.
In addition to working with around 15 teams, I also managed 8-9 marketing agencies.
In addition to working in a team, my responsibilities often also included working on the team.
To cut a long story short: business as usual was my everyday life.
Until the scales fell from my eyes.
Fast forward to 2021: my journey as an online marketing consultant begins.
And at the same time, the starting signal is given for my own value-oriented transformation.
It was important to me to donate part of my income, my time and my experience to grassroots organizations.
One of these pro bono partnerships is particularly close to my heart: I am able to support the extraordinary people at the Kenyan fair trade agency Digital Lions with my work.

Spotlight:
Strengthening digital skills
in Africa
I donate part of my working time. For example, as a volunteer mentor for the communications team at Digital Lions, the world’s first certified fair trade digital agency. In concrete terms, this means that I advise and support Elizabeth Alum and her team in presenting their agency online and at events. The cooperation is mutually beneficial. I get to share in the lives and goals of incredibly great people, gain experience far beyond our everyday German life and the fresh perspective enriches my work.
I have therefore decided to expand my pro bono work depending on my availability and also help Learning Lions and Start Up Lions with online communication and fundraising. Both organizations teach young adults in marginalized rural communities in East Africa digital skills. So that they can develop their potential – and hold their own in a digital world.
